Three steps

How to become a Bravida supplier

Our supplier assessment is carried out in three steps:

  • The first step is to ensure that all legal and financial basic requirements placed on our suppliers are met.
  • The second step means that you, as a potential supplier, are asked to complete a questionnaire with the purpose of ensuring that your company meets our requirements regarding:
    a) Implementation and follow-up of Bravida’s Code of Conduct within your company and among your own suppliers
    b) Working environment, health and safety
    c) Business ethics and anti-corruption, as well as environment and quality
  • In the third and final step, the company’s products or services are assessed based on, among other things, functionality, quality, environmental impact, price and installation.

If your company meets all our requirements, you may be registered in our purchasing system.

Follow-up through self-assessment

Compliance and follow-up in the supply chain

We follow up on compliance with our requirements by having our central framework agreement suppliers carry out a self-assessment.

The results are classified into three levels (green, yellow and red). Deviations are managed through action plans that we monitor.

If deviations are not addressed according to plan, this may lead to termination of the existing agreement. In addition, annually selected random sample audits are conducted to verify that the suppliers’ responses correspond with the actual outcome.

This is how Bravida conducts procurements

As a qualified supplier to Bravida, you have access to our purchasing system, Profit.

When it is time for a procurement, we publish the request and send it out to relevant suppliers via the system.

As a supplier, you then access the Supplier Portal and submit your response by uploading your quotation. We then compare the quotations in our system and make our selection.
