Acquisitions are one of the fundamental elements of Bravida’s growth strategy. Our acquisitions strengthen the overall offering and local presence – and enable the acquired companies to become even better together with Bravida. 

Bravida's acquisition team continuously works to identify, contact and assess potential acquisition candidates.The team's work is divided into three main areas: identification, implementation and integration.

The acquisition team carries out due diligence and contract negotiation. Integration is carried out in the line with the support of the central acquisition team, within 3-18 months.
