Technology areas

The market is dominated by the technology areas of electricity, ventilation, and heating & sanitation. Other technology areas are for example sprinklers, cooling, security, and automation.

Facility types

Technical installations exist in all properties. Bravida has the competence to perform service and installation in most types of buildings and facilities.

Competition

The market is local and characterized by small and medium-sized projects carried out by local actors within a limited geographical area. Bravida's operations are therefore decentralized to approximately 190 locations in the Nordics, where we offer comprehensive solutions to our customers from more than 375 branches. Bravida and a few other players can offer installation in large, complex new builts and geographically dispersed service.

Customers

Our major customer groups are construction companies, the public sector, industrial companies, and property owners.

  • Construction and industrial companies are central customers for Bravida's installation operations.
  • Property owners, industrial companies and professional tenants are important for service operations.
  • Public customers order both installations and service.

Agreement types

The installation contracts are divided into:

  • Partnering, which means that the parties in the project collaborate at an early stage on technical solutions and design. Invoicing usually on current account with various incentives.
  • Subcontracting, which means that installations are carried out according to the customer's drawings and usually at a fixed price.
  • Turnkey contract, which means overall responsibility from design to final delivery and usually at a fixed price.

For smaller service assignments, the price is usually based on a price list, number of hours and materials are invoiced on current account.

Large comprehensive service assignments are usually carried out at a mix of fixed price and current account.
