Bravida’s core business is service and installation across all building systems.

 As a Bravida customer, you are offered sustainable, energy-efficient solutions. You gain access to a skilled project team that works with you using established, group-wide methods and digital tools.

Following the design and installation phases, we offer long-term service. A service agreement with Bravida includes regular inspection and maintenance, contributing to lower operating costs and increased reliability.

Contracts

Bravida’s contract types

Installation projects are typically divided into:

  • Partnering – early collaboration between parties on technical solutions and design, typically based on cost-plus contracts with incentives
  • Subcontracting – installations carried out according to the client’s specifications, usually at a fixed price
  • Design and build (turnkey) – full responsibility from design to delivery, typically at a fixed price

For smaller service assignments, pricing is generally based on price lists, hours worked and materials. Larger service contracts are typically delivered through a mix of fixed price and cost-plus models.

Long-term projects and service agreements often include index clauses to offset cost increases in wages and materials.
